“Patient input” is not enough.

“Patient input” is not enough.

We're here to infuse lived experience perspectives into every stage of mental health, wellness, and neurological product development.

What we do

We integrate lived experience perspectives throughout your entire development and commercialization pipeline—from initial concept through market launch and scaling—ensuring your innovations truly serve those who need them most.

Why this matters

Traditional "patient input" comes too late—after problems are defined and solutions chosen—and often only captures the narrow slice of experience within clinical settings.

But people are more than symptoms.

And product relevance isn't determined by our role as patients; it emerges from our roles at home, at work, and at play—all while managing a condition.

This represents massive, missed opportunities.

When lived experience insights are integrated from the start, you don't just test for market fit—you begin with it.

How we’re different

The norm is token inclusion: market research, a patient story, a video. We go further.

We don’t just connect companies or researchers with people who have lived experience—we bring boundary-spanning experts who can interpret, engineer, and co-create alongside you.

Instead of delivering "patient input" when it's time for clinical trial planning or marketing like usual, we weave lived experience seamlessly throughout.

We embed lived experience as an equal, not an afterthought, ensuring every insight becomes a lever for innovation.

This isn't about adding more steps—it's about supercharging what you're already doing to advance your impact and market success.

What we bring

We've worked across business, government, healthcare, philanthropy, academia, and nonprofits as funders, founders, scientists, communicators, executives, policymakers, and creators. We bring systems thinking, deep strategic expertise, and extensive networks—plus the insights that come as people with lived experiences navigating the very systems we help others transform.

We bring that exceptional range, reach, and professional excellence to help you navigate everything from program or product development to funding, scaling, and thought leadership.
